GOVERNANCE

NSS Training College has a clear financial policy to ensure that funds are used efficiently and effectively for academic, administrative, and infrastructure development purposes, which eventually enables the realization of the institute’s vision and goal.

The college mobilises funds for its regular activities from various agencies. The college generates financial resources through its stake holders, government, NGOs, UGC, local well-wishers, alumni students and public representatives. The IQAC committee always looks for the new measure for mobilising funds and it has developed systematic procedures for their optimal utilisation. The college has very transparent mechanism of auditing and a specific committee for utilising the grant and resources. The teaching and administrative staff and existing alumni contribute to mobilise the resources for college. Students’ tuition fees is the primary sources of funds.PTA supports the college at high level through mobilising PTA fund at the time of admissions.Alumni of the institution contributes to the welfare measures.

Before the commencement of the academic session, broad planning of events, activities, and infrastructural requirements are planned by the Principal after discussing with Faculty members and Non- Teaching staff. Funds generated are principally used for maintanence and overall development of the college. Resource mobilisation is critical to any organisation which supports organisational sustainability. The College Staff Council and Purchase Committee shall monitor the optimal utilisation of the funds for the smooth functioning of the Institution. Thus our college identify the resources essential for the development, implementation and continuation of works for achieving the organisation’s mission. It is focussed on the relationship with Resource Providers, the skills, knowledge and capacity for proper use of resources.
