DOCUMENTS TO BE PRODUCED AT THE TIME OF  ADMISSION

Candidates should produce all the following original documents along with the Latest online application print out at the time of admission to the colleges concerned.

Two set Photo Copy of all documents are also required

 

  1. Latest application printout (With Cap ID)
  2. ADMIT CARD: Candidates who received allotment and paid mandatory fee can take admit card available in the website
  3. One passport size Photograph
  4. S.L.C (Secondary School Leaving Certificate )
  5. Qualifying Degree (Degree/P.G.) Certificate
  6. Marklists of Qualifying Degree Exam. (Part I, II & III)/Consolidated grade Card & of higher qualifications, if any.
  7. Percentage certificate (if percentage of marks not mentioned on the grade card)
  8. Equivalency Certificate from the University of Calicut in case of candidates who passed the qualifying examinations from Universities outside Kerala.
  9. Transfer Certificate (obtained from the last institution studied) and Conduct Certificate (obtained within 6 months)
  10. Nativity Certificate from the Village Officer in respect of those who are eligible for Nativity Weightage .
  11. Community Certificate from the competent Authority in the case of SC/ST/SEBC
  12. Non-creamy layer certificate in the case of candidates eligible for admission under SEBC reservation.
  13. Medical Certificate for eligible candidates under Persons with disabilities (Percentage of disability should be specified in the certificate issued by the Govt. Medical Board). * (minimum 40% disability)
  14. Certificate from the competent authority claiming Ex-Service/Wife of ExService/Other Dependants of Ex-Service/Wife of serving personnel/Other dependants of serving personnel, in the case of Ex-service Quota, should be produced. n) Any other certificates from the competent authorities for the claim for admission under any specific quota weightage.

6.1.5) Those who have undergone N.C.C. Training in UG Degree level with a minimum 75% of attendance will be given an additional of 5 marks. This will be added to the aggregate marks secured by the candidate in the qualifying Degree or PG as the case may be for B.Ed admission. NSS candidates/Students worked in the illiteracy Eradication programme in UG Degree level are eligible for 5 marks in their admission to B.Ed programme.

 

3.1.3. Candidates who have passed their qualifying examination from other Universitiesoutside Kerala should submit/produce Equivalency Certificate issued by the University ofCalicut stating that their qualifying examination is recognised as equivalent to Universityof Calicut for their admission in B.Ed. programme at the time of admission

12.1.2 Reporting
12.1.2.1 Admit card
Candidates who received allotment and paid mandatory fee can take admit card
available in the website and report for permanent admission.
Admit card will be available only to the candidates who receive online allotment in
the merit seats. Admit card will not be available for candidates admitted in Management quota .
13. Documents to be submitted at the time of admission:
Candidates should produce all the following original documents along with the
online application print out at the time of admission to the colleges concerned.

k) Experience Certificate in Form IV of KER for claiming admission under Teachers
Quota and for getting Weightage for teaching experience for those applying under
Merit Quota. These Certificates should be signed by the Head of the School and
Counter signed by A.E.O./D.E.O/Regional Deputy Director in the case of HSST.
l) A certificate from the Head Master stating that the teacher has applied through
proper channel for eligible leave to undergo B. Ed course should be produced.
m) Certificate from the competent authority claiming Ex-Service/Wife of Ex-
Service/Other Dependants of Ex-Service/Wife of serving personnel/Other dependants
of serving personnel, in the case of Ex-service Quota, should be produced.
n) Any other certificates from the competent authorities for the claim for admission
under any specific quota weightage.
o) A community certificate along with the Income & Assets Certificate (Ref: G.O.(Ms)
No.128/2020/HEDN Dated 20.03.2020) issued from Village Officers/ Thahasildar
should be produced by the candidates who wish to avail reservation under EWS
category at the time of admission. p) .Anti-Ragging guidelines :
As per UGC guidelines, an Anti-Ragging Undertaking must be filled by all the students online
on http://www.antiragging.in only. Universities/Colleges will not accept Anti Ragging
Undertaking from students in Hard/Printed copy/Affidavits. (Please note that the student is not
required to print & sign it, as used in the earlier case).
All the institutions, should also submit a compliance on the following link:
https://www.antiragging.in/compliance_desclaimer.html . Soft copy of the Anti-Ragging Posters
should also be displayed on the prominent places in your campus areas like Admission Centre,
Departments, Library, Canteen, Hostel, and Common facilities etc. (The UGC guidelines and
