Objective

To ensure the continuous improvement and quality assurance of academic and administrative activities in NSS Training College Ottapalam.

This SOP applies to all IQAC members, faculty, staff, students, and associated clubs and organizations within the college.

Procedures

  1. Enhancing Day Celebrations

Planning: Form a committee to plan and schedule various day celebrations at the beginning of the academic year.

Coordination: Ensure coordination with all departments and clubs for their active participation.

Feedback: Collect feedback from participants to improve future events.

  • Building Construction and Renovation

Timeline: Establish a timeline for the completion of construction and renovation projects.

Monitoring: Assign a monitoring committee to oversee progress and ensure adherence to the timeline.
